SENYORI treasures are selected and shipped from China to customers around the world.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available to selected destinations currently supported by SENYORI.

Available shipping destinations and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in your order.

Certain products, including selected Live Picks or special orders, may have different shipping arrangements. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

During holidays, special releases, live events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery

International delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and local postal services.

Estimated delivery information shown at checkout is provided as a guide and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by SENYORI.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier limitations, international restrictions, or unstable delivery conditions.

If your destination is unavailable at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order. SENYORI cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
